Now I Don’t Have to Go to the Gym!
Cindy’s i-Walk warm-up got in my daily cardio and work-out in for today! I was planning to go to the gym afterwards, but now it looks like I don’t have to go after all! This is great!

Helps with Neuropathy
I decided to join the yoga group that meets on Wed. and Fri. as I had recently lost my husband and thought it would be a good way to not only improve my balance but to meet new people. I am 78 and have neuropathy in my feet and legs so it is a challenge at times, but I really think it’s helping me. I really like the instructor (Cindy); she is friendly, knowledgable and gives a lot of personal 1-on-1 help and is encouraging.

Very Compassionate Towards Others
I would like to say that my yoga teacher (Cindy) is kind, patient, caring, helpful, friendly, and very compassionate towards others. I love our class. We have a lot of fun.

Eye Opening/Very Real
This book was eye opening to say the least. But she was so strong. She got through so much. Very well written and very REAL I have gained strength from the words in this book. Thank you for writing this 🙂

Helping Cancer Patients & Widows
Cindy’s cancer journey….Cindy learned how to advocate for herself….became a cancer advocate for others. But after cancer…..they lost it all….Job 1:21. After cancer, Cindy lost her husband. This story is not all about Cindy, the author. This book is interactive allowing the reader to interact with their own struggles. Decision pathways, divine cornerstones, Scripture application….If you feel the dread of “What’s Next?” this book can help you through. No sugar coating….Cindy discovered trust, an emerging vision, growth, and purpose and is helping cancer patients and widows to do the same.
